About suncoast courts
Court Specialists With a Full-Scale Builder Behind Them
Sun Coast Courts is the dedicated sports-court brand of Friedland Build Co., a Tampa Bay residential and commercial construction company. You get a team focused entirely on courts, supported by the construction depth of a full-service builder.
David Friedlander
Founder
David has been building since 2003, bringing more than 20 years of hands-on construction experience to every Sun Coast Courts project. That background in site preparation, grading, drainage, and concrete is what sets a long-lasting court apart from a surface coating.
Sun Coast Courts complements Friedland Build Co.'s broader construction work while keeping its own identity and dedicated court services, so court projects always get a specialist's attention.
